In addition to providing technology and operational support for your product offering we can also provide the marketing and customer support services that are necessary for consumer oriented products to be successful. These services are particularly useful when selling the service as a wholesale product where the cash management product group typically does not deal with consumer marketing. We can work with you to setup a marketing program that can be offered to the correspondent banks or other network participants using the wholesale service. The marketing services we offer are designed to increase adoption by the consumers who are qualified to use the service.

Additionally we can offer consumer support services through our call center in order to provide consumers support in English or Spanish. These services can be useful to correspondent banks that do not have a presence in the United States and want to be able to offer a call center for consumers to contact in order to ask questions about the services, such as how to enroll, cost of transactions, etc. Our call center staff is trained on the application and can provide the services on a white label basis to represent the organization under which the consumer is using.
